Free Shipping on Orders Over $75 in the U.S.
The Good Pearl aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Many items ship same or next day, however due to each shirt being made to order, it may take 3-5 business days to ship your order. We appreciate your patience and always do our best to ship quickly. Typically, if your order was placed Monday through Thursday it will be shipped the within 1-2 days, however at times it may take 3-5 days to ship. If your order was placed on Friday, the order will likely ship within 3-5 days. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order has shipped. Exclusive pieces, limited drops, and other one-off collections may take longer than 3-5 days to ship, however this is rare. We appreciate your patience! We send all packages via USPS.
We offer international shipping but at this time are unable to ship to select countries. After purchasing an item, you will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. The Good Pearl does not charge any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. This is the responsibility of the customer. There are different cost per destination, but we strive to keep the charges as minimal as possible. Duties (or Customs Tariffs) are set by the destination country customs authorities and determined based on a combination of country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise. International taxes (such as value added, tax, or vat) are set by the destination country.
Returns are offered within 30 days after product delivery on items that are unworn, unaltered and in new condition.
Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If a product is defective or received incorrectly, we will be happy to provide a return shipping label. If you wish to exchange items to a different size, we will be happy to process the exchange. Customers will need to ship the item back to us to process any exchanges. Once we receive the product, the exchange will be sent free of charge back out to the customer. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, we recommend simply buying the product you desire (this will ensure the product does not sell out by the time we receive your original item back).
How to Return & Exchange
To process any returns or exchanges please follow these instructions:
1) Send an email to email@example.com to notify us if you are returning/exchanging an item. If you are exchanging, please tell us which item, size, color, and specifications of the item you are exchanging for. Exchange items must be the same cost as the original item. If the item you are exchanging for is a different price than the original, we will process your exchange as a return and refund you your original payment and you can re-purchase the item you intended to exchange for.

3) We will notify you when we have received your return or exchange.
Once the product is received please allow 3-5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
