ORDERING


I have not received a confirmation email for the order I placed, what do I do?

 If you haven't received an email confirmation for your order, make sure to check your spam or junk folders! You can also add contact@thegoodpearl.com to your contacts list so you never miss an email.

What if I need to modify my order?

If you would like to modify your order and it has not been processed, please email contact@thegoodpearl.com . Once your order has been prepped for shipping, it cannot be modified.

When I place an item in my shopping cart, am I guaranteed to receive the merchandise?

Placing items into your shopping cart does not guarantee the items will remain in stock. Once an item has been purchased, we will send you an order confirmation email. If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

An item I want is sold out. When will it become available again?

If an item is listed as sold out, it is unavailable for purchase at this time. If an item is on backorder, you can place an order and you will receive email confirmation when the item is in stock again and ready for shipment.

I received a damaged product. What should I do?

Please email us at contact@thegoodpearl.com as soon as you receive a damaged product.

How do I find out when new styles are releasing and when?

Can I reach out with a custom order inquiry?

Yes! Please email contact@thegoodpearl.com if you have any custom order inquiries. If you like any of our designs but want a different colored thread or placement, just send us an email with your instructions and we will notify you if we can fulfill that request. If you'd like to place a large custom order for bridal parties or groups, please email contact@thegoodpearl.com for a quote.


SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

The Good Pearl aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Orders typically take 1-3 business days to be shipped, but may take as long as 3-5 business days to be shipped since each shirt is made to order. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. Please check to see if you purchased a back order item, which normally ship within 1-2 weeks. 

Which countries do you not ship to? 

Email us at contact@thegoodpearl.com and we can give you more information. While we do everything we can to prevent any customs fees, holds, or taxes charged to you upon arrival, we cannot guarantee this. If these do occur, we are not responsible for paying these costs. The responsibility is yours, the customer. As well, if you send the package back due to any of the above reasons we will not issue a refund.

Do you ship to P.O Boxes?

Yes! We ship all orders with USPS.

Will I have to pay sales tax?

All orders shipped to California addresses are subject to state sales tax and may be subject to local taxes. Orders to all other U.S states will not be subject to any sales tax. 

Where does my order ship from?

All orders are shipped from California, United States.

My tracking information states that my order was already delivered but I have not received it. What does this mean?

Please email contact@thegoodpearl.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES

How do I return an item from my order?

Returns are offered within 30 days after product delivery on items that are unworn, unaltered and in new condition. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless an item arrived damaged. In order to return an item, please email us at contact@thegoodpearl.com 

How do I exchange an item from my order?

If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, we recommend simply buying the product you desire (this will ensure the product does not sell out by the time we receive your item back). You may then return your original purchase to us using the instructions above. If you have any questions, please email us at contact@thegoodpearl.com 


FIT AND SIZING

How do I know what size will fit me best?

Our shirts run small. If you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, please order one size up! Our shirts are made of 60% combed ringspun cotton, 40% polyester. Lightly textured burnout tee.


GARMENT CARE

How do I care for the items that I purchased?

We recommend washing your item inside out (to protect the pearl embellishment & embroidery). We recommend washing with like colors on cold delicate cycle. We recommend allowing the shirt to hang dry.
